A MODERN So-Called dollar is a medal that commemorates a public or special
event, a famous person, or a famous place. Some examples include world's
fairs, town or state centennials, statue dedications, and other events
or historical figures in the United States. They measure between 33 and
45 mm in diameter. Our guide starts from 1963 to present. Because of
the vast number of medals we are asking everyone to add content to our
project.
